By enquiring about or booking services with Prince Decoration, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Bookings & Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only once the event date, package and any advance payment (if applicable) have been agreed upon between the customer and Prince Decoration.
Pricing
Final pricing depends on venue, decoration style, event date, materials and level of customisation. Quotes shared over WhatsApp or call are estimates until confirmed in writing.
Venue Access & Setup
The customer is responsible for providing timely access to the venue for setup, along with any necessary permissions from venue owners or management.
Customer Responsibilities
- Sharing accurate event details (date, time, venue, theme preferences)
- Informing our team of any changes as early as possible
- Ensuring the venue is available for setup within the agreed time window
Changes to Services
We aim to accommodate reasonable changes to decoration themes or requirements where possible, subject to availability of materials and time before the event.
Liability
Prince Decoration takes reasonable care in all setups; however, we are not liable for damages caused by third parties, weather conditions (for outdoor events) or venue-related restrictions beyond our control.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of India, with jurisdiction in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh.
