We understand that event plans can change. This policy outlines how cancellations and rescheduling requests are handled.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be shared with our team as early as possible via phone or WhatsApp. Any advance amount paid may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on how close the cancellation is to the event date, as materials and staff may already be arranged.

Rescheduling

We aim to accommodate date changes wherever possible, subject to team and material availability on the new date. Please inform us at least 48–72 hours before your original event date for the best chance of rescheduling.

Last-Minute Cancellations

Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the event may not be eligible for a refund of the advance amount, as decoration materials and staffing are typically finalised by this stage.

Cancellations by Prince Decoration

In the rare case that we are unable to fulfil a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will inform the customer as early as possible and offer a full refund of any advance paid, or help arrange an alternative solution where possible.
